November 13, 2020, the second wave of coronavirus is showing its effect in Pakistan cities. Cases are again piling up in the thousands and COVID-19 death figures are also raising. In the last 24 hours, more than 2300 cases have been reports all over Pakistan and on Thursday the coronavirus death figure have raised to 37. This sudden increase in cases is due to lack of interest been shown by Public schools and collages in following the strict SOPs which was issued by Education Minister Dr.Murad Raas and Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood after the meeting between NCOC and all Education ministers of Pakistan which was held on November 5,2020.

The total active COVID-19 cases in Pakistan on Thursday were recorded 22,088 as 1,808 more people tested positive for the deadly virus during the last 24 hours say Ministry of National Health Services, Pakistan NCOC.

Keeping in view the second wave of Coronavirus in Pakistan, we should remain more precautious this time and behave like a responsible citizen of Pakistan by following the Government issued SOPs properly by washing our hands properly with soap, wear recommended face masks when we are present in a public places like offices, in schools & collages, in mosques and markets, by using hand sanitizer when we enter and exit our houses, by keeping 6m distance when in public areas etc. Only we (Pakistanis) can save & protect ourselves, our families and the other people around us from this deadly virus because their are no vaccines or cure available to stop this C-Virus right now in the globe.

Punjab Minister for Health Dr. Yasmin Rashid warn about worse COVID-19 situation in the days ahead which may further deteriorate if precautionary measures (SOPs) are not followed strictly by Pakistani people. A strict lockdown must be considered by the Government of Pakistan and health departments in the mid of November if positivity in COVID-19 cases increases in Pakistan cities.
