December 8, 2020 Prime Minister Imran Khan has cautiously criticized the media, saying that my government is being targeted by the media. The government's performance is not accurately portraited by the media houses. The media is supporting the opposition which is corrupt. In an interview to the media yesterday, Prime Minister Imran Khan further said that with the help of media, you can take the morals of the society up and down. You can't equate a bad character and a good man. Imran Khan, while criticizing the media, said that there is a media house and some journalists who are trying to save PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif. He went to court and requested that the former prime minister be given a chance to speak.

He said that some journalists belonging to the media had declared it as freedom of expression while the court had convicted Nawaz Sharif and he was the culprit for which the particular media was showing its loyalty. When and where did he build properties worth billions of rupees when he was the Prime Minister? A document has not yet been released on where the money came from.

"Corrupt men are doing so much damage to our society," he added. Corruption never ends by passing a law or being held accountable. The whole society eliminates corruption. You just saw Ishaq Dar, I'm just telling you the difference between the British journalism and Pakistani journalism.

As long as I have been in England, once someone is accused of stealing public money, he cannot go to any Parliament or he can go in front of any media. He will know that the media has to do with him what happened to Ishaq Dar. Imran Khan said that former three time PM Nawaz Sharif  has properties worth billions of rupees and when he became the Prime Minister, he could not give a document as to where the money came from.

Journalists are sitting here defending them. Media House is sitting and saving them. What's the biggest loss? You're sending a message to people that stealing is not a bad thing at all.
