Mother of Nawaz and Shahbaz Sharif dies in London.

 

November 23,2020 Former three time Prime Minister and leader of PML-N Nawaz Sharif and former Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif mother died in London at the age of 95 after a long illness. Her body will be brought to Pakistan tomorrow and her body will be buried in a graveyard near Jati Umrah. Nawaz Sharif mother Begum Shamim Akhtar left for London in the month of February. And at the time of death she was with her elder son Nawaz Sharif. She was serious unhealthy and sick from the past three month. From the past few days she was critically unhealthy and sick and died in Evan field apartments in London. Due to illness and being sentenced to jail for his corruption and fraud in state resources and national funds by the Supreme court of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif will not leave London and arrive in Pakistan to bury his mother. Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz will be release on pay roll from the Kot Lakhpat jail to attend the namaz e janaza and Burying ritual in Lahore. Punjab Minister Fayaz ul hassan Chohan said the decision have been made by the Punjab government to release Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz on pay roll so they can attend the janaza of Begum Shamim Akhtar and bury her in a graveyard near Jati umrah.

Kosar sister of Former three times prime minister Nawaz Sharif and former chief minister of punjab Shahbaz Sharif will bring the dead body of Begum Shamim Akhtar in two to three days from London. Former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar told the BBC reporter that the death certificate and other documents will take up to 2 to 3 days to be prepared of the former prime minister mother and after that her dead body will be transferred to Lahore from London. Namaz e Janaza of Begum Shamim Akhtar will also be prayed in Regent Islamic center in London before dead body is transported to Lahore from London and Nawaz Sharif and men of sharif family will take part in London namaz e janaza.
